This is what happens in a typical RTT session.


First, I will put your physical and mental being in a very relaxed state with your eyes closed.


Though eyes may be closed, you will always be in control and fully aware of your surroundings.


When you are relaxed, you will be able to access your subconscious mind  and this is where we will go deep to revisit some scenes or incidents that formed your limiting beliefs which has become a stumbling block in your life.


By going through these scenes, you will truly understand why you formed such belief in the first place and then we will together work on giving them new meaning.


We will go through the same process at least thrice in order to get to the root cause which usually the most powerful and crucial belief that has been limiting self from moving forward.


We will then work together to understand how these beliefs has been affecting you all the years and eliminate the old beliefs while substituting new suggestions that are supportive of your ideal future life.


At the end of the session, I will give you a personalized recording which you will listen for at least 21 days.

Listening to the recording is crucial part of your transformation because it helps to make the new meaning and suggestions permanent in your subconscious mind so that you can work towards achieving your ideal future life
